Cancellation/Refund Policy


All orders placed with us are non-refundable, all sales are final.  We are not responsible for individual firearms officers denying an applicant an ATT, PAL or RPAL.

All Cancellations

  1. All cancellations will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee
  2. If the required notice is provided, you will be issued a credit towards a future course, valid for 1 year.
  3. If the minimum notice is not provided, the course fee will be forfeit (short-term cancellation fee).
  4. You will be required to pay, upon further registration, any price increases or differences for the new course booking.
  5. E-Mail notice is not considered valid unless a confirmation E-Mail is received.
  6. We reserve the right to limit the number of times individuals or groups can use the cancellation policy.

CFSC/CRFSC Course Cancellations:

A minimum notice of 7 days are required if you are unable to attend a scheduled class.  

Live Fire/ Custom Course Cancellations:

Unless otherwise noted, live fire or custom courses require:

  1. A minimum of 30 days are required for full credit (less a cancellation fee).
  2. A minimum of 15 days are required for 50% credit (less a cancellation fee).


We reserve the right to cancel any training course and will provide reasonable notice where possible. If we cancel a course, the registered students are eligible to receive a 100% fee refund of their tuition. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the student because of the course cancellation.


100% attendance is required for all classes, but especially for the CFSC/CRFSC course. The RCMP has a minimum number of course hours that are required before testing is permitted. The Instructor will turn away any student who is late.  This will be considered a short-term cancellation. Any student that is late will forfeit their seat and their course fee.
